Nigeria and South Africa have expressed grave concern over the on-going battle in Sudan which has  resulted within the lack of harmless civilian lives, exacerbated the humanitarian disaster, displaced tens of millions of individuals, affected girls and youngsters, and led to the entire destruction of important infrastructure.
